Saar: The nationwide customer-centric campaign will run from July 9, 2018, until the end of the month.

Maruti Suzuki has announced that it will run a nationwide Monsoon Service Camp from July 9, 2018, until the end of the month. Do the math and that’s 22 days of a customer-centric initiative. The campaign will be held across all Maruti Suzuki authorised dealerships, including Nexa, across the country. Maruti Suzuki says that the primary aim for the campaign is to ensure all its cars, which will come and avail the services of the campaign, are healthy and can tackle the monsoon season without breaking a sweat.

What services will India’s largest carmaker offer during the campaign? A complimentary vehicle health check-up. That will cover the inspection of key aspects of all vehicles like brakes, windscreen, wiper blades, battery, tyres, electrical system, etc. Additionally, Maruti Suzuki will offer discounts on spare parts and accessories.

In a press release, Partho Banerjee, executive director, service, Maruti Suzuki India Ltd., said:

“Being a company that keeps the customer first, Monsoon Service Camp has been curated to offer exceptional service quality for the health of the vehicle which will help avoid break-down during heavy rains. Our objective of this service camp is to reinforce the bond with our customers by providing them with the first step towards prevention during monsoon. The camp will benefit the customers by providing them necessary care and maintenance in the challenging season of monsoon.”

Prior to this, Maruti Suzuki joined hands with SIAM (Society of Indian Automobile Manufacturers) on the occasion of this year’s ‘World Environment Day’ and conducted a 10-day nationwide campaign. That initiative gave away free services such as pollution control check, emission and exhaust check-up and car dry wash.

Maruti Suzuki Vitara Brezza Crosses 3 Lakh Sales Mark

Maruti Suzuki is currently gearing up to launch the mid-life update of the Ciaz and the all-new Ertiga MPV. What we really want to see is some enthusiasm from the company to replace the ageing Gypsy with the fourth-generation Jimny, which recently went on sale in its home market. Fingers crossed!
