Earlier this month, Big Boy Toyz (BBT) launched its mobile application which offers an array of services including online bookings, 360-degree view of cars, video-calling for contactless sales and purchasing of merchandise using a secured payment gateway. The idea is simple – the app paves the way for consumers to browse and purchase products without having to travel. But, what if someone wanted to visit a showroom without leaving the comfort and security of their home?

Well, there is only one way. Make use of BBT’s latest initiative – a virtual showroom tour. As the name suggests, one can browse through an extensive collection of pre-owned luxury vehicles without having to move an inch physically. There are four different floors, each one with a slightly different layout and surrounded by some of the most luxurious cars money can buy. Also, you can spot some bespoke design elements, including a pool table with Mercedes-Benz bodywork. One of the floors also houses a vintage Fiat 500 and a replica of the 1955 Mercedes-Benz 300 SLR #722.

Here’s what Jatin Ahuja, founder and MD at BBT, said about the new initiate:

We’re elated to introduce advanced technology in the pre-owned luxury car space. With the ongoing COVID-19 crisis, we wish to support our 4.5 million customers from across the world. Ever since the crisis have restricted our customers from visiting our store offline, they’ve being relying on the technology to get the latest updates, raise query for prices, and even make purchases, and by bringing the virtual tour to India, we are giving them the very best of Big Boy Toyz when it is most required.

BBT, which also sells premium motorcycles, currently has three showrooms in India – one each in Mumbai, Gurugram and Hyderabad. The company deals in high-end brands such as Aston Martin, Lamborghini, Maserati, Rolls-Royce, Indian Motorcycles, Harley Davidson, Ducati and Triumph.

A car nutter by heart. A hopeless engineer by education. Gunning for one goal - simplify cars.
