Saar: The campaign will run for a total of 33 days, starting on October 10, and ending on November 11, 2018.

In a bid to bring a pinch of excitement this festive season, India’s largest carmaker has announced a nationwide campaign called ‘Service Festival’. It is slated to run for a total of 33 days, starting on October 10, and ending on November 11, 2018. All customers visiting any of the authorised Maruti Suzuki dealerships across the country will be given scratch vouchers. The carmaker claims that the vouchers hide a host of attractive discounts and special offers.

What kind of offers or discounts? Well, the scratch voucher can reveal offers on the extended warranty, spare parts, genuine accessories and complimentary dry wash of the car. As you might have noticed, the ‘Service Festival’ campaign has been designed by Maruti Suzuki, particularly for its existing customer base.

Here’s what Partho Banerjee, who is the executive director of service at Maruti Suzuki India Ltd., had to say about the ‘Service Festival’ in a press release:

“With customer delight at the core of our business strategy, the Service Festival is a perfect platform to establish strong connections with our customers across India and be a part of their celebrations. This initiative will benefit customers in maintaining their vehicle health with special offers and complimentary services. We are confident that the initiative will be cherished by the customers and will surely add to their festive joy.”

Are you not an existing Maruti Suzuki customer? Don’t worry as the carmaker has been keeping the tab to lure prospective customers this festive season. Last month, the Indo-Japanese company launched the Swift Special Edition, which is based on the entry-level ‘L’ trim but gets more kit in its package at no extra cost. A few days earlier, Maruti Suzuki also introduced a Limited Edition of the Ignis. If neither is what you are after, you can also look at the Maruti Suzuki WagonR Limited Edition which was launched earlier this month.
