Intrigued by the Magnite but unsure about Nissan’s after-sales service? Well, here’s a development that would help put some trust in the Japanese company’s intentions for the Indian market. It has opened a total of 50 new touchpoints in the country. Out of which, 30 are service centres, and the remaining 20 are sales outlets. Nissan says that this expansion is in line with the global NEXT strategy – prioritise and invest in the Indian market for sustainable growth.

That’s not all. The brand has also introduced ‘Nissan Express Service’. Under this initiative, the company promises a comprehensive service of the car in 90 minutes. The carmaker will extend the service reach to customers by organising “Nissan Service Clinics” in more than 100 upcountry locations. To book a slot, one can do so through the Nissan Service Cost Calculator via Nissan Service Hub on the website, or via the Nissan Connect application.

Here’s what Sinan Ozkok, who is the president at Nissan Motor India, said in an official release:

Nissan India’s focus is onto improving customers connectivity by providing a seamless journey through these company-owned platforms. We are adapting and adopting the changes in the marketplace to strengthen Nissan’s commitment to the Indian customer on product and service assurances.

To make the car buying experience more wholesome, Nissan has an end-to-end e-commerce platform which takes care of everything from booking to delivery of the vehicle. Then, there’s the vehicle configurator that helps customers visualise the exterior and interior of the car, with or without add-ons such as Magnite’s Tech Pack. Nissan has also introduced something called a virtual test-drive feature – an industry-first. As the name suggests, it allows the customer to take a test drive from the comfort of their home or office. The interactive experience also includes a virtual sales consultant.

Official bookings for the all-new Nissan Magnite are underway. If you want to know about the upcoming SUV, get your crash course in the video below:
