Launching new products and after-sales services is part of a growth strategy for any carmaker. But, tapping into promising markets is a crucial cog for a brand to widen the reach and, eventually, increase sales. Audi, which has been quite rampant in introducing upgraded models, has now opened a new service facility. It is located at Khasra No. 80-81/1/2, Near Best Price / SCOPE University, Hoshangabad Main Road, Bheropur Huzur, Bhopal – 462038.

The workshop is spread over an area of 6,000 sq. ft. As per Audi, the facility can service up to five cars every day in a single shift. It has been equipped to offer services like periodic maintenance, general repair and bodywork. The new touchpoint also houses a customers and drivers lounge and an Audi Genuine Accessories Shop.

Here’s what Balbir Singh Dhillon, who is the head at Audi India, said in an official statement:

We are delighted to bring the new service facility with our partner Anand Cars Pvt. Ltd. to our customers in Bhopal. Over the years, the region has showcased strong potential and aspiration for luxury cars. We have consistently been the top preference for customers in the region and this service facility will be instrumental in reaching out to our growing Customer base.

The new facility is the first one in Bhopal and the second in Madhya Pradesh. Like all other Audi touchpoints in the country, the new one will also adhere to the necessary sanitisation protocols, covering all access points and cars.

Audi began 2021 with the launch of the A4 facelift. We’ve driven it, and you can read our first-drive review here. Next week, the German carmaker will introduce the go-fast S5 Sportback facelift. Later in the year, but within the first half, the carmaker will officially enter India’s EV space by launching the e-tron in SUV and Sportback forms. Which out of those two product launches are you more excited about?
