Isuzu has described the package as one “with exclusive sporty accessories”. The name Jonty Rhodes comes in because the cricketing legend is Isuzu India’s lifestyle ambassador and the Limited 30 portrays that only 30 kits of the aforementioned package are available.

Each package will be fitted on a first-come, first-serve basis at a price of Rs 1.99 lakh. And, the package can be opted for by new and existing customers. What do you get for the money? Isuzu will install front & rear skirts, deck bed-liner, sporty black faux leather seat covers with embroidered Jonty’s signature, add-on skid plates and door visors. The package also includes body graphics with Jonty’s signature and ‘Limited 30’ emblem, B-pillar sash-tape, courtesy lamps, illuminated rocker-plates, lighting in the front foot-well, door garnish lights and bespoke carpet mats. The real kicker for some will be the complimentary entry to the ‘iV-League’ adventure drive event.

Needless to say, the limited-run nature of the kit’s availability will make those units of the D-Max V-Cross standout. For the uninitiated, the Isuzu D-Max V-Cross is available in two trims – Standard and High. While the former is priced at Rs 14.82 lakh and is also available through CSD, the latter wears a price tag of Rs 16.32 lakh (both prices are ex-showroom Delhi). The pickup is powered by a 2.5-litre turbo-diesel engine that puts out 134PS/320Nm. It comes mated to a 5-speed manual transmission and a shift-on-fly four-wheel-drive system.
