Updated Toyota Innova Crysta, Touring Sport And Fortuner Launched
Saar: Thanks to an enhanced list of features, all three now cost more than before.
The Japanese carmaker Toyota has launched updated versions of three models – Innova Crysta, Innova Touring Sport and the Fortuner. When we say updated, all three now get more features in their respective packages. Predictably, the ex-showroom prices have also gone up. Actually, before we get to the list of features which have been added to the trio, let’s look at their revised price lists:

Here’s the list of added features that are now part of the kit in the Crysta and Touring Sport:
- Anti-theft alarm with glass break and ultrasonic sensor
- Emergency brake signal
- Rear fog lamps
- Front LED fog lamps
In addition to the abovementioned features, the GX variants of both Innova siblings now feature Touchscreen infotainment system, steering-mounted audio controls, electrically foldable ORVMs with puddle lamps and speed- and impact-sensing auto door locking/unlocking functionality.

Moving to the Fortuner, given below in the list of added features:
- Passenger side power seat

The Innova Crysta and the Fortuner are undisputed kings of their respective segments. In fact, India is the number one is sales globally for the Innova Crysta. And as far as the Innova Touring Sport is concerned, it brings a dash of sportiness into the MPV’s character. Toyota has managed to sell over 1.81 lakh units of the Innova Crysta since its launch in 2016. That’s an astonishing number for a car that starts at over Rs 14 lakh.
The Fortuner, on the other hand, has racked up over 1.41 lakh sales for the Japanese carmaker since its launch in the year 2009. Toyota has also mentioned that the lifetime sales for the Innova marque, ever since it was first introduced in the year 2005, has gone north of 7.6 lakh units.
