Saar: The German carmaker is all set to organise pre-holiday health check-up camps across all its authorised workshops in India

Do you think your car, with the three-pointed star, needs to be inspected at by professionals for any hiccup that it might deliver during the next few months? Well, Mercedes-Benz is all ears. The German carmaker is organising a two-month long health check-up campaign across all its workshops in India. The customer-centric initiative will come into effect from April 1, 2018, and will run through until May 31, 2018.

During this camp, Mercedes-Benz India will offer a range of services including complimentary check-up of AC, brakes, tyres, fluid levels, and all electric and electrical systems of the vehicle. Apart from this, the cars will be inspected for oils, coolants, consumables, battery health, clutch/brake operations, suspension and horn/mirror operations.

In a press release, Roland Folger, MD and CEO, Mercedes-Benz India said, “Safety, comfort and a delightful ownership experience for the customers remain our key focus areas. Periodic service through preventive check of vehicles is critical for smooth functioning and performance of a Mercedes-Benz. This special pre-holiday camp before the onset of summers is aimed to identify and address any technical issue, for a hassle-free run during the harsh Indian summers. Though the Indian summers are harsh, our dedicated team of well-trained technical experts across authorized workshops will ensure the three-pointed Star remains pampered, always ready for the road. This will enable our distinguished customers to have uninterrupted family holidays with hassle-free long drives in their cherished Mercedes-Benz.”

These two months will also give Mercedes-Benz India to showcase the prowess their recently launched, environmentally friendly, chemical products for car care. The launch was accompanied by the promotion of water-less car-wash solutions – ‘Quick & Clean’.
